The original picture gives at least four pieces of information:

Let’s first solve the string in the lower right corner. This string has a total of 15 characters and is split into two lines according to 7 + 8.

Then start with E at the bottom right corner, and read from top to bottom and right to left. For example,

Then, take the last E from I02NMAE;
